💪 The journey of Thanh Hoang, a young person who started from zero, went through many positions from Intern to Content, Editor and started again as an Intern. After more than 1 year of searching for the right and favorite job, Hoang has achieved great results with his experiences.
💪 For Anh Vu, the first stages of Vu entering SATA were very easy steps when Vu became a Warrior in a very short time. However, the next period of nearly 1 year was a difficult period for Vu when he was "practiced" and had to return to "study the profession" seriously. And the outstanding score of more than 5500 points is convincing proof of his "practice" process!
💪 And finally, Ngoc Thong, a young man who puts family first in his work. Thong overcame the failure of a year ago and proved his maturity in thinking and working style when he conquered the difficult milestone of "Special Agent"!

"Special Agent Promotion" Program at HV Group
The “Special Agent Promotion” program for personnel working in the marketing field at HV Group is one of the special and exclusive activities created and developed by the HV Group leadership team. This is the next step of conquest for the “Marketing Warriors” at the Group. “Marketing Agent” does not only stop at achieving the title by conquering specific promotion categories, but it also clearly marks a new career development journey associated with and responsible for the business and the staff at HV Group.
Choosing the name “Marketing Agent” is also an impressive point, a unique path, a different perspective and a proper recognition of the value of individuals who really make an effort and clearly demonstrate their commitment to building a sustainable career with a clear roadmap; initially laying the foundation for the journey at the HV Group startup incubator.
Since determining the goal of becoming a "Marketing Agent", the warriors will begin a 3-month journey of continuous efforts to achieve milestones not only in sales targets but also in professional training through well-designed courses and close coordination with the Group's human resources team.
During the ceremony, the “New Marketing Agents” will have the opportunity to meet the Group Chairman, Sales Director and all colleagues who have accompanied them throughout the past time. This is an opportunity for them to look back on the journey with ups and downs and glory, the difficulties that left invaluable lessons in the process of combat – It is a journey to confront and clearly recognize their own value.
