Customer Service (Telesale)
Job Description:
- Receive data, take care of customers, answer customer questions via phone, zalo...
- Resale advice based on received data, high customer purchase rate.
- Understand the Company's products to advise and introduce other products in the Company's ecosystem to customers. To achieve the set KPIs/targets.
- Provide full product information to customers, introduce promotions and new products to customers.
- Care for, maintain and develop customer relationships, pursue potential customers.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to best serve customers.
- Report work to superiors as required. Other tasks as assigned by management.
Request:
- Female 20-28 years old
- Good attitude
- Priority is given to those with knowledge about skin. Intermediate Pharmacy
- Flexible, subtle, eloquent communication. Clear, easy-to-hear voice
- Have flexible problem solving and situation handling skills
- Have at least 6 months of experience in Sales, Telesale or Customer Service in the field of sales, cosmetics, FUNCTIONAL FOOD.
- Be proactive in work, have a progressive spirit. Be responsible for your work.
- Know how to use basic office applications (Word, Excel, Google Drive...)
