E-Commerce Operation Intern

Job Description:

• Post product images + descriptions + prices on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok,...) that the shop cooperates with.
• Check and continuously update the quantity of goods to report out of stock, stop selling, limit quantity...
• Consulting on products, answering potential customers' questions about seller policies and e-commerce platforms via text messages and hotline channels.
• Deploy setting up Customer Store on E-commerce Platform
• Sales Planning: Revenue, Costs, metrics for evaluation.
• Product planning: choosing Main product, Funnel, setting Price, Sales policy on E-commerce Platform.
• Perform tasks as directed and assigned by Leader.

Request:

• 4th year students or fresh graduates/College or University graduates in the fields of Economics, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Communications, etc.
• Responsible, eager to learn, able to withstand work pressure.
• Minimum internship period is 3 months, can work longer with higher salary
• Have personal laptop for work.

Working time:

• Working time: Monday – Saturday (from 08:00 to 17:30). 2 Saturdays off per month.
