E-Commerce Operation Intern

Job Description:

• Đăng hình ảnh + mô tả sản phẩm + giá lên các sàn TMĐT (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok,…) mà shop hợp tác.
• Kiểm tra và cập nhật liên tục lượng hàng hóa để báo hết hàng, dừng bán, giới hạn số lượng…
• Tư vấn về các sản phẩm, giải đáp thắc mắc của khách hàng tiềm năng về chính sách của người bán và sàn TMĐT qua tin nhắn, kênh hotline.
• Triển khai thiết lập Gian Hàng của Khách Hàng trên Sàn TMĐT
• Lên Kế Hoạch Bán Hàng: Doanh Thu, Chi Phí, các chỉ số để đánh giá.
• Lên kế hoạch về Sản Phẩm: lựa chọn sản phẩm Chủ Đạo, Phễu, thiết lập Giá, Chính sách bán hàng trên Sàn TMĐT.
• Perform tasks as directed and assigned by Leader.

Request:

• 4th year students or fresh graduates/College or University graduates in the fields of Economics, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Communications, etc.
• Responsible, eager to learn, able to withstand work pressure.
• Minimum internship period is 3 months, can work longer with higher salary
• Have personal laptop for work.

Working time:

• Working time: Monday – Saturday (from 08:00 to 17:30). 2 Saturdays off per month.
