E-Commerce Operation

Job Description:

• Plan and implement advertising strategies on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Tiki...).
• Write product descriptions and advertisements, market communications.
• Check and update inventory to report out of stock, stop selling, and limit quantity.
• Consulting and answering customer questions about products and policies via text messages and hotline.
• Handle issues related to products, orders, shipping and returns.
• Track, report sales and feedback on products sold on e-commerce platforms, identify best-selling and worst-selling products.
• Coordinate with customer service, warehouse and other departments to ensure work progress.
• Participate in building sales promotion programs on e-commerce platforms.
• Propose discount programs, shipping support, and gifts to stimulate demand.
• Analyze market trends and recommend importing new products when needed.
• Run offline ads, TikTok ads to increase traffic to TikTok Shop.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

Request:

• Graduated from E-commerce, Business Administration, Economics
• Experienced in operating Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok platforms
• Have a progressive spirit, be hard-working and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently, proactively and interact with all team members and company
• Priority: candidates with experience working in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical industries, etc.
